A recognized management consultant and experienced professional trainer with more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles and in consulting roles across the market in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is a multidisciplinary with diverse experience in building business relationships, managing successful projects, designing policies and corporate governance and has a track of innovative HR consulting. She has worked on special strategic projects, mapping employee experiences and running Emiratization in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and developed HR solutions, digital transformation and digital learning platforms.
She has developed work experience in startups as well as in managing transformation in government and private sector environments. She represented the United Arab Emirates on government delegations on visits to international departments and different committees where she also worked on drafting memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and has dealt with senior officials. She has undergone several courses on the job working with organizations all over the world in the United States of America and European countries such as Germany, Britain and Asia countries such as Japan and Thailand. She has worked as a certified trainer with the Center for Continuing Education at Emirates University since 2005 until now and with recognized centers across different sectors.
Wiaam is a published writer and translator and her co-authored book in English on UAE Short Stories has been translated into Italian and Malyalam languages. She has published the economic articles for Bint Al Khaleej Magazine.
